30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Unopened Items Eligible for Refund

To receive a full refund, items must be returned to us in their original condition. This means the product must be unopened, unused, and have its factory seal fully intact.

Opened Items Are Final Sale

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or had its safety seal broken. Once a product is opened, it is considered a final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us at shipping@alvitalorganics.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement product. Defective items will be replaced, not refunded.

How to Start a Return

To return an unopened item, please email us at shipping@alvitalorganics.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your eligible returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible unopened items and for damaged or defective items that qualify for replacement under this policy. Please contact us before mailing any item back.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible unopened returns.
